Bounty Turbo in the library + a Replayer that now models the whole tournament
A new progressive-KO format joins Solutions, and the Replayer stops pretending the tournament is a single table.

Bounty Turbo β new format in Solutions
- New tab in the solution library, next to Speed Racer, Vanilla Hyper and Mystery Bounty
- Progressive KO: half of every head you win is cash, the other half grows your own bounty β so chips carry future bounty value, and the solutions are solved with each seat's real head on the table
- Live now: 50% left, 25% left and Near bubble (7-handed, 16β20bb) plus Final table (3 to 5 handed, 27bb) β 331 spots
- Coming next: 5% left, 3 tables, 2 tables and Final table bubble
- Ask AI already knows the format and names it in its explanations
Replayer β ICM across the whole tournament
The Bubble Factor button no longer assumes the tournament is only the table you are replaying.
- Fill in total entries (re-entries included), players left and starting stack, and the calculation models the entire remaining field. Leave them empty and it stays a final-table ICM
- The other tables' stacks are never asked for β they are generated from the chip total as a log-normal spread, the same way HRC's MTT dialog does it. Collapsing a real field into one average stack was the biggest remaining source of error
- It is all-or-nothing on purpose: a half-filled field would silently change the model
- Very large fields with hundreds of paid places: the server fills the acting player's row and column and marks the result as partial, instead of timing out
Payout structures β four ways in
- Screenshot β paste (Ctrl+V) or attach up to 8 images of the lobby's payout table; a vision model reads them. Overlapping and multi-column shots of the same table are merged and de-duplicated. Metered per day
- SharkScope β a tournament export (.json). Exact, and it also fills entries, re-entries and the PKO split. Preferred when you have it
- Presets β two captured real-money final-table structures
- Saved β store a structure once and reuse it across every hand of that tournament
Every source is a draft until it passes validation: gaps, overlaps or a missing first place block the calculation, and a non-increasing ladder or a places-paid count that disagrees with the source raises a warning. A misread row would corrupt every bubble factor, so the review step is not optional.
The ladder holds regular prize money only. Bounties are a separate pool in the model and are added once β a ladder that already includes knockout money counts it twice.
Bounties in the calculation
- PKO vs KO / Mystery β PKO is progressive (half the head is cash, half moves to the winner's own head); KO pays the whole head as cash and heads never move
- Average bounty off this table β left empty, the rest of the field is assumed to carry the same average head as the seated players (exactly what HRC does). Fill it to override, which is useful deep in a PKO where the seated players are the ones who accumulated heads
- Estimate β derives that average from the mechanic itself, from the starting field down to the players left
