Terms of Use

Short Stack Arena is educational poker training software: a game theory (GTO) solution viewer, a trainer that grades your decisions, and study tools.

It is not a gambling site. There is no real-money play, no betting, no deposits to play and no cash prizes. Rating, Elo, tiers, streaks and leaderboard positions are points with no monetary value: they cannot be bought, sold, traded or redeemed.

Short Stack Arena is not affiliated with any poker room. Studying with the service does not guarantee results in real games.

The service is intended only for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account you state that you are 18 or older. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed.

• You sign in with a Google or Apple account. Each account is personal and belongs to a single person.
• Keep access to your account secure; you are responsible for what is done with it.
• Keep your details accurate and pick a nickname that is not offensive and does not impersonate anyone.
• To delete your account, request it by email at support@shortstackarena.com.

When using the service you agree not to:

• share, resell or rent your account or Premium access;
• copy, bulk-extract or redistribute the solutions, by bots, scripts or any other means;
• get around usage limits, security or payment mechanisms;
• manipulate results, ratings or rankings, including with multiple accounts or automation;
• use the service as real-time assistance during play where that breaks the rules of the room you play in;
• send illegal or offensive content, or content that infringes third-party rights, through support, the AI assistant or Discord.

• The free plan has the daily limits stated on the Pricing page. The Premium subscription unlocks the features listed there.
• Price, currency and billing period (monthly or annual) are shown before you subscribe and confirmed on the payment screen. Visitors in Brazil are shown and charged prices in Brazilian reais.
• Automatic renewal: monthly and annual subscriptions paid by card (Stripe) renew automatically at the end of each period, for the same amount, until you cancel.
• Annual payments by Pix or cryptocurrency cover 12 months and do not renew automatically.
• Free trial: when offered, the monthly plan has 7 free days. If you do not cancel during the trial, the first charge is made when it ends.
• Price changes will be announced in advance and only apply from the next period; if you disagree, you can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time, with no fee, through the Stripe subscription portal ("Manage subscription" button on the Pricing page) or through Support. Cancelling stops future renewals; Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid.

You may withdraw from a purchase within 7 days and get the full amount back, as art. 49 of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code guarantees. Deadlines, how to ask and how the money is returned are in the Refund Policy.

The software, solutions, texts, images, brand and other content of Short Stack Arena belong to SHORT STACK DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARES LTDA or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the service for your own study while your account is active. Content you create (nickname, messages, imported hands) remains yours; you authorise us to use it only to operate the service.

We work to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or because of third-party failures. We may improve, change or remove features; features marked "coming soon" are not a promise of delivery. If a change materially removes something you paid for, you may cancel and ask for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.

The content of Short Stack Arena is educational. The decisions you make in real games are yours, and your results depend on many factors outside our control; we therefore do not guarantee winnings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the rights Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code grants consumers, nor our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, such as defects or failures in providing the service.

We may suspend or close an account that seriously breaches these Terms (for example account sharing, solution extraction or payment fraud), stating the reason whenever possible. If a closure is not caused by a breach on your part, we refund the paid, unused part of the period pro rata.

We may update these Terms. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and relevant changes will be announced on the site or by email before they take effect. If you disagree, you can cancel your subscription and delete your account.

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute may be brought before the courts of the consumer’s domicile, under art. 101, I, of Brazil’s Consumer Protection Code. You may also contact your local Procon or the consumidor.gov.br platform.
