Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may withdraw from your subscription within 7 calendar days of subscribing or of the first charge, whichever comes later, and receive the full amount paid, with no fee and no need to explain why. This applies to every payment method: card, Pix and cryptocurrency.

Email support@shortstackarena.com with the subject "Withdrawal", or use the Support page, stating your account email. We confirm receipt of the request immediately and cancel the subscription renewal.

You can also cancel the renewal yourself in the subscription portal ("Manage subscription" button on the Pricing page); to get the refund within the 7 days, just let us know at the email above.

Refunds go back through the payment method used for the purchase:

• Card (Stripe): we ask the card network for the reversal right after the request. Depending on the issuing bank, the credit shows on the current statement or the next one.
• Pix (Asaas): we return the amount to the account the Pix came from.
• Cryptocurrency (NOWPayments): we return the amount paid in the same currency and network, to an address you provide.

The Premium access tied to the refunded payment ends when the refund is processed.

When offered, the monthly plan starts with 7 free days. If you cancel during the trial, nothing is charged. If you do not, the first charge happens when the trial ends, and from that charge you still have the 7-day withdrawal right described above.

You can cancel at any time, with no fee. Cancelling stops future renewals, and Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid. There is no pro-rata refund of the current period, except where the law or the Terms of Use provide for one — for example a failure in providing the service, or an account closed without any breach on your part.
